Once you've decided on your package, you'll be guided through the process to create your messages and specifying who the intended recipient is and when you want them to receive the message. You'll be provided with a link and a unique access code (which you can change). You'll need to make someone aware of those details or include it in your will. Once the link and code have been activated, we'll send the messages to the right people at the right time.

There are always things we wish we had said or expressed, especially to the ones we love. We recommend writing your messages now, as if today could be your last, because none of us know what the future holds. Just as you take the time to create a will to protect your belongings, you should also take a moment to write your final words—words that offer love, comfort, or wisdom for those you leave behind. And, just like your will, revisit these messages periodically and update them as your life changes, ensuring your legacy is always as meaningful as you intend it to be.

Until your unique access code has been activated you can make as many changes as needed by logging in to your account. If the details change after this, the person who has been given the access code can also make changes or stop some/all messages being sent if they are no longer appropriate.

With every message, we'll include a note detailing how they can stop messages being sent to them or change their details for any subsequent messages.

Your heartfelt messages are sent via email with your message attached on a beautifully presented 'Heavenly Messages' headed letter, ensuring that every word feels as special as the sentiment behind it. With elegant typography and a sophisticated layout, each letter is crafted to be a lasting keepsake, delivered with the care and attention it deserves. In the Deluxe range, the recipient will be provided with instructions on how they can request a premium-quality paper copy should they wish this to be posted to them.

We are currently exploring additional formats but at present it is only 'Heavenly Messages' headed letter paper, sent via email and post if requested by the recipient under our Deluxe range.

Of course, we understand and respect your decision if you choose not to receive messages that a loved one had planned to send you. You can choose to Stop Messages at any point. If you later change your mind, you can Resume your messages.
